- If cancellation is done before 24 hours from the commencement of the trip, 100% cancellation charges are applied
- Cancellations within 2-3 days attract 50% of cancellation charges
- If the trip is cancelled a week before, then no cancellation charges are levied
- Refund is generally done within seven working days
